Four-week curriculum template (adapt to your existing instruction):
1. Coach chooses one position; publish class goal and one key cue.
2. Repeat the position; invite one specific question from students.
3. Link to a related position; review shared questions, not private journals.
4. Revisit the opening goal; ask students what they can now explain and what remains unclear.

Weekly follow-up · a short routine:
Check intentionally shared questions/check-ins. Reply to the highest priority question. Publish next class focus. App inactivity is not proof of missed gym attendance.

Academy pilot setup:
Confirm one location / maximum 150 enrolled adults / agreed coach owner.
Academy: £79/month including applicable tax, one location, up to 150 adults.
Agree six-week evaluation dates, monthly charge dates, cancellation and success measures in writing. An enquiry does not start billing.
Standard materials are included; additional assistance is scoped separately. Existing agreements retain their terms.
Set up first curriculum focus with assistance scoped in the agreement.
Use the actual academy invitation provided by your account; this public link is not an academy join code.
Ask students to opt into reminders only if wanted.
Review activation, repeated use, follow-up time and renewal decision weekly.
